All hired teachers – at every level – complete the Steady English Teacher Training before they ever meet a student.

This training covers:

• Our evidence-based approach to building confidence

• Warm, effective feedback techniques (no belittling)

• Lesson structures that work for teenagers and adults

• Technology integration for online and hybrid teaching

• Assessment strategies that track real progress

Level 2 teachers complete our full certification program. Level 3 teachers are supervised and trained by our doctorate-level team.
