Q: How far in advance should I start preparing?
A: For IELTS or university entrance exams, we recommend 8–12 weeks. For TOEIC or Cambridge, 4–8 weeks is often enough.
Q: Can you guarantee my score?
A: No ethical test prep provider guarantees a specific score. Your results depend on your effort, your starting level, and your consistency. We guarantee steady progress and expert guidance.
Q: Do you provide practice materials?
A: Yes. We use authentic, up-to-date materials for all major exams. You do not need to buy anything separately.
Q: Can I take just writing correction without live sessions?
A: Yes. Many students use our essay correction service alongside self-study.
Q: What if I need to reschedule my exam date?
A: We adjust your plan at no extra charge if the adjustment is within 1-2 weeks. Just let us know as soon as possible. If the adjustment is beyond 2-weeks and continued practice is desired, cost will be adjusted.
Q: Do you teach the computer-based version of IELTS/TOEIC?
A: Yes. We can practice with computer-based simulations for both exams.
"The writing correction service saved me. I had no idea why I was losing points. After three essays, I finally understood."
